Happy Monday, High Hopes Fans!
Carolina here, For today I am sharing an Scrapbook Layout using
"Singing Crazy Birds" from
High Hopes Woodland Friend Release'
I am so excited to finally be able to share what I've been working on for the last couple weeks. As soon I saw this adorable stamp, I got inspired to created a Christmas Layout. So I grab my stash of photos and...
What a beautiful surprise I found!
That picture was captured from a Christmas several years ago with my mom cell phone. We're not sure on what year this pictures was taken...but I love it!
You can see my oldest daughter giving intrusions to her baby sister on
how to decorated the Christmas Tree...lol!
My original photo was a color 4X6, so I decided to change it to
a 6X6 CEPIA ...looks better right?
I gently distress the edges of my DP with Tim Holtz Distress tool. Them used my favorite Distress ink Vintage photo, Diamond Stickles and pieces of white doily to embellish the edges.
I watercolor my image with Gansai Tambi watercolors on a manila tag.
When the image was dry I fussy cut it leaving a small border. Then used ice stickles and mini
pom-pom to embellish those cute birds.
Supplies Used:
Singing Crazy Birds Stamp from High Hopes, Early Espresso Cardstock, Candy Cane Lane DP from S.U, Brights Collection Buttons, Gansai Tambi Watercolor, Small Manila Tag, Basic Twine, Distress Tool, Vintage Photo, Mini Pom-Pom, Pretty Pink Posh Sequins, Ice and Diamond Stickles, Matte Multi Medium, White Doily and Glitter Sticker.
