Simply The Best!

Good morning and welcome High Hopes Fans!!!
Hope you are all enjoying Memorial Day.

 Father's Day is celebrated here in the US on June 19th and since that special day is right around the corner I thought it would be wise to plan ahead! The stamps I'm using for this Father's Day card are called "Bob Loves Grass" and "Sentiment Set #3" from High Hopes Stamps!

I stamped "Bob Loves Grass" with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Copic markers paper and die cut it with the largest (Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables) from Lawn Fawn I colored this handsome guy with Copics. Copic List: R24 R27 R29 C1 C5 C7 C9 E000 E33 E51 E57 B000 Y35 Y38 Y11 Y15 Y17 YG95 YG97 V000 and 0 
After my image was all coloured I used B000 and C1 around my image to give him a shadow. I also paper piece his short using some design paper I have on my desk. For the background, I sponged Broken China Distress ink. I raise the main panel with foam tape, to give my card a little bit of height.

To finished my card I added glossy accent on his glasses and lawn mower. At last I stamped "Simply The Best" with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
Supplies Used: Memento Tuxedo black ink, Broken China Distress Ink, foam tape,Copic markers, pattern papers (Trim The Tree) from S.U Paper Stack, Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables dies from Lawn Fawn, S.U White Cardstock.

Blooming Friends!

Good morning and welcome High Hopes Fans!!!

 For today's post I have created a beautiful and fun any occasion card! The stamp I'm using for this card is one of the  newest Spring 2016 Collection called "Blooming Friends"from High Hopes Stamps!

I stamped "Blooming Friends" with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured with copic markers. I love to fussy cut my images after I'm done colouring, but you can used the new SVG files and any style Cricut Machine to cut them. To give the shabby look I distressed all edges of the patterned paper with Tim Holtz distress tools, then used a tracing wheel around the edges, white gesso and victorian velvet distress ink from Ranger. I also used texture paste, Victorian Velvet ink and layering stencil (bubble) from Tim Holtz. Copic List: B93 B95 C1 C3 C5 E000 E00 E31 E33 E37 E93 YG11 YG13 V000 W1 W3 W5 and 0

To finished my card I used S.U Linen Thread and a small Vintage button from my stash. I pop my main image with lot of 3D foam tape. Some of the flowers were coloured with a gold gelly roll pen. I add some glossy accent, clear gems on the flowers. I added tiny dots on her shirt and cheeks.

Shabby Chic Card...Using Sally Takes A Selfie!

Good morning and welcome High Hopes Fans!!!

 For today's post I have created a beautiful shabby chic birthday card! The stamp I'm using for this card is the newest Spring 2016 Collection called "Sally Takes A Selfie"from High Hopes Stamps!

I stamped "Sally Takes A Selfie"with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured with copic markers. To give the shabby look I distressed all edges of the patterned paper with a distress tools, then used a tracing wheel around the edges, white gesso and victorian velvet distress ink from Ranger. I also used texture paste, S.U dazzling diamonds glitter and layering stencil (bubble) from Tim Holtz. Copic List: E000 E00 V000 R20 RV00 RV10 C1 C3 E23 E25 E29 E57 and 0

To finished my card I used ribbon and flowers from my stash. I pop my main image with 3D foam tape. The cell phone and hearth charm was coloured with a gold gelly roll pen. I add some glossy accent on her pink bow and tiny dots on her dress and cheeks.

I stamped "Just Sayin'" with Versa Mark and Gold embossing powder. The pattern paper is the same I used at from of my card.

Mother's Day Baskets!

Good morning and welcome High Hopes Fans!

For today's post I have put together a couple of berry baskets for mother's day. This cute baskets are  for my two daughters teachers. I also created this beautiful Shabby Chic Tag to adorn my project! The stamp I'm using is one of the newest Spring 2016 Collection called "Lil' Swinger"from High Hopes Stamps!

I stamped "Lil' Swinger" onto watercolor paper and die cut it  This cute image was watercolor with Gansai Tambi watercolors. I added glossy accent, green stickles, and used a white Jelly roll pen on my main image. To give the shabby look I distressed all edges of the patterned paper with a distress tools, then used a tracing wheel around the edges. I also used texture paste and layering stencil (bubble) from Tim Holtz

To finished my tag I fussy cut some tiny butterflies from pattern paper and glue them after I distressed the edges. I also collect sticks from my neighborhood, embellishment I used white pearls, flowers, ribbon, linen thread and clear gems from my stash 

I am in love with this products they are my personal choice. I have an obsession with the caramel candy they're so yummy plus healthy. I also love The EOS lip balm they smell so good and leave your lip smooth and creamy. The facial mask sheet leave your skin amazing and I love it because is organic. Nails polish...and I gift card!

Happy Mother's Day Tag!


Hello everyone and welcome to my blog!
Carolina here with a shabby chic tag inspiration today.

I stamped my images with Tim Holtz distress inks onto watercolor paper. To coloured my cute images I used distress ink again. After they were dry I fussy cut it. The patterns paper I'm using is from prima. I distress the edges of the pattern paper with a distress tool and distress inks. The lace ribbon, button, jute rope, pearls and seam binding ribbon is from my stash. I pop the mommy owl with 3D foam tape. To finished the tag I stamped the sentiment on a small piece of vanilla cardstock, hand cut it, and distress.
This cute stamp is called "MOM+ME" from Lawn Fawn.
The sketch is from My Favorite Things sketch challenge.

Shabby Chic Mother's Day Card!


Hello everyone and welcome to my blog today!
Today I have a vintage shabby chic Mother's Day card.

 I created this lovely card for my mother, I'm so excited to give to her this Mother's Day after Sunday brunch. I started by using a prime made recycle card and envelope. I distress all the edges of the patterns paper with a distress tool and distress inks from Ranger. The butterfly is a die from S.U. I apply  gesso then coloured with Faber Castell gelatos (Gold Champagne, Bubble Gum, Metallic Melon) to finished I distress the edges. The flowers are from my stash.

On the flowers I used S.U glitter, Gesso, Pretty Pink Posh droplets. I love how the cluster of flower looks!

Shabby Chic Card...Using Puppy Wonder!

Good morning and welcome High Hopes Fans!

I'm back with my 1st post for the month of May. For today's post I have created a beautiful shabby chic birthday card! The stamp I'm using for this card is the newest Spring 2016 Collection called "Puppy Wonder"from High Hopes Stamps!

I stamped "Puppy Wonder" onto watercolor paper and die cut it with my new and favorite at this moment Scalloped Banner Die from Avery Elle. This cute puppy image was watercolor with Gansai Tambi watercolors. I added glossy accent, diamond stickles, and used a white gelly roll pen on my main image. To give the shabby look I distressed all edges of the patterned paper with a distress tools,  then used a tracing wheel around the edges, picket fence distress paint and victorian velvet distress ink from Ranger. I also used texture paste and layering stencil (bubble) from Tim Holtz

To finished my card I color some plain white seam binding ribbon from my stash with victorian velvet distress ink and water. I custom made the button and tied it with linen thread.
